Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing and supporting critical systems including Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, while contributing to a fast-paced and highly collaborative technical environment based in Liberec.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- ▪Support and manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and systems
- ▪Monitor, maintain, and validate backup and recovery processes
- ▪Administer and support Okta (SSO, MFA, Identity Management)
- ▪Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- ▪Work with Azure AD, AWS integrations, and cloud services
- ▪Administer Mimecast and O365 security (ATP)
- ▪Manage Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, Sites & Services, etc.)
- ▪Monitor and troubleshoot PowerShell automation scripts
- ▪Ensure system uptime and performance; recommend improvements
- ▪Support and maintain Windows and Linux server environments
- ▪Act as an escalation point for IT support teams
- ▪Collaborate on infrastructure projects and continuous improvements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- ▪Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization
- ▪Familiarity with NAS solutions and CIFS/SMB protocols
- ▪Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS
- ▪Experience with PowerShell scripting
- ▪Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- ▪Experience managing Active Directory (ADUC)
- ▪Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes
- ▪Understanding of server hardware and infrastructure
Experience Requirement
- ▪Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications such as
- ▪Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- ▪VMware Certified Associate
Work Experience
- ▪Minimum 3+ years in Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure roles
