For our team in Prague, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who enjoys both thinking and doing — someone who can take ownership of local activities while working in line with global strategy.

What you will be doing?

• ▪Run trade marketing activities, campaigns, events, and PR for Essilor brands
• ▪Adapt global strategies into local campaigns for CZ
• ▪Work closely with sales teams to support business goals and customer growth
• ▪Support product positioning, pricing communication, and promotions
• ▪Organize and deliver events (trainings, roadshows, workshops, trade shows)
• ▪Drive customer activation through targeted campaigns
• ▪Cooperate with agencies and external partners
• ▪Track campaign performance and keep an eye on budgets and ROI
• ▪Help improve processes and bring ideas for what could work better
• ▪Support brand visibility and customer satisfaction in the market

What we expect from you?

• ▪Proven experience in marketing or trade marketing (ideally in an international environment)
• ▪Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C environments
• ▪Experience with campaign execution, events, and agency management
• ▪Ability to turn ideas into practical execution
• ▪Solid project management and presentation skills
• ▪Hands-on, proactive approach
• ▪Team player who can also work independently
• ▪Fluency Czech or Slovak and good level of English; other languages are a plus
