Within our global organisation, our medical division is driven by a high-performing leadership team committed to excellence. We deliver metals springs and stampings into life saving devices in the medical industry and interact with global leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.

To support our Division Medical CEO and the MED Management Team based at our headquarters in Switzerland, we are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant to join us in the Czech Republic.

In this key role, you will work directly with the Division Medical CEO and the divisional management team and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team and you are embedded in the local medical organizsation.

You will be at the centre of our divisional operations – ensuring smooth communication, well-structured planning, and seamless execution across borders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, annual planning, and daily priorities of the Division CEO and management team
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials, take accurate minutes, and actively follow up on action items
  • Ensure a clear, structured, and reliable flow of communication between Switzerland headquarters and the International organisation (mainly Czech subsidiary)
  • Organise business travel (flights, accommodation, logistics) and support the planning of international meetings, workshops, and events
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and management documentation
  • Take ownership of administrative processes such as expense reports and support operational tasks across the division

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role supporting senior leadership, ideally in an international or matrix organisation
  • Excellent English (business fluent) is a must for daily interaction with the Swiss management team
  • Czech at native or bilingual level
  • German is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a strong sense of priorities and deadlines
  • A pragmatic, reliable, and trustworthy personality we can depend on
  • A curious mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively in an international virtual environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to meeting deadlines with high accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential topics, and stay calm under pressure
  • University degree of Business Administration or other relevant field or higher professional education
