As the VP of AI Enablement , you will be the driving force behind our transition to an AI-fluent organization . This is not a theoretical or purely strategic role; it is an execution-heavy mission to pivot our entire engineering manpower (and eventually back-office) into a new era of productivity.
You will formally report to the CTO Office while working side-by-side with the Delivery leadership to ensure AI is embedded in every project we ship. Your success will be measured by how quickly and effectively you can turn our 500+ person organization into an AI-native benchmark for the industry. What you'll get
