The V.I.E supports the Country Finance team in all reporting activities (Actuals, Forecast, Budget, and the 5‑Year Business Plan) for the two plants and the R&D center located in the Czech Republic.
Assists the team in preparing all relevant templates required for Country‑level financial reporting.
As a member of the Country Finance team, he/she will be responsible for several recurring tasks, including:– Weekly and monthly volume and P&L consolidation
Contributes to the creation and maintenance of the Country Financial Dashboard, interfaced with SAP and HFM.
Produces and coordinates ad‑hoc analyses or reports requested by the Country Finance Director.
May also assist the team in preparing presentations for Country or Group Management.
You are a highly motivated young graduate from a business school or university with a strong interest for finance, especially in reporting tasks. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country) or have had a prior experience in the manufacturing industry.
You are very analytical and have excellent coordination skills. You are flexible and adaptable to a fast-moving environment. You have been exposed to financial tools such as SAP and HFM (Oracle) before.
You are open minded and with a serious desire to embark on an international career. A first experience or internship in the automotive sector can be a plus.
Your English is fluent and aditionnal Europan language is a plus.

We retain invested VIEs at the end of their assignment according to performance and involvment
