Riverside is an international school in Prague 6 seeking to hire a full-time Transport Facilitator with Secretarial duties.

Responsibilities include

• ▪regular reception duties particular to a school (receiving visitors, answering phones and assisting staff, students and parents)
• ▪Maintaining the Riverside Shuttle Bus Network
• ▪Coordinating transport used by the school
• ▪Communication with bus companies
• ▪Corresponding with parents
• ▪Establishing bus routes, schedules, and stops in cooperation with the bus company
• ▪Preparing daily lists of students for each bus line
• ▪Coordinating supervision for each bus route
• ▪Working with the recruitment coordinator on the recruitment of bus supervisors

The hours of work are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Candidates should be proficient in Czech and English and confident in their use of computers.

Preferred candidates should be customer service minded, flexible, and feel comfortable working in a busy international environment.
