Start: Experience day 7th June 2026. Start date 5-6 weeks after the ED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ▪Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions
• ▪Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio
• ▪Prepare the candidates' CVs for submission to clients
• ▪Arrange interviews with candidates for senior consultants
• ▪Contact potential clients via phone or email
• ▪Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

REQUIREMENTS

• ▪Native/fluent in French or German or Czech or Italian both oral and written. Fluent in English
• ▪Recent graduate
• ▪No previous recruitment experience
• ▪Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage
• ▪Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
• ▪Customer-oriented with an ability to build and nurture the relation
• ▪An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines
• ▪A “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
• ▪Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package
• ▪Ability to travel in line with the business needs
• ▪Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• ▪Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic
