Position: Dutch Trainee Recruiter
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (on-site)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ▪Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions
- ▪Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio
- ▪Prepare the candidates' CVs for submission to clients
- ▪Arrange interviews with candidates for senior consultants
- ▪Contact potential clients via phone or email
- ▪Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
REQUIREMENTS
- ▪Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- ▪Recent graduate
- ▪No previous recruitment experience
- ▪Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage
- ▪Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
- ▪Customer-oriented with an ability to build and nurture the relation
- ▪An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines
- ▪A “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
- ▪Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package
- ▪Ability to travel in line with the business needs
- ▪Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ▪Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic
