Position: Trainee Recruiter
Location: Prague, Czech Republic

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ▪Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
- ▪Build/grow your own desk (very important)
- ▪Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
- ▪Arrange interviews for senior consultants
- ▪Contact potential clients via phone or email
- ▪Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
REQUIREMENTS
- ▪Native/fluent in Czech (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)
- ▪Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
- ▪Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
- ▪Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
- ▪An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
- ▪“Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
- ▪Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
- ▪Ability to travel in line with the business needs.
- ▪You thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- ▪Recent graduate
- ▪No previous recruitment experience required.
