A Day in the Life

As a Traffic Manager at our distribution center in Jažlovice, you will be the driving force behind our logistics network, ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of our products across the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our transportation strategy to meet the dynamic demands of the beauty industry.

In this role, you will

• ▪Lead Transportation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive transportation plans, optimizing routes, costs, and service levels to support business objectives.
• ▪Manage Carrier Relationships: Spearhead negotiations with logistics partners, manage contracts, and monitor carrier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• ▪Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily inbound and outbound transport operations, ensuring full compliance with customs, safety, and transportation regulations.
• ▪Analyze and Optimize: Utilize data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze transport costs and efficiency, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance performance.

• ▪Proven vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
• ▪Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• ▪Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively within our international environment.
• ▪Resilience to stress, ability to work independently, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
