We are seeking a Total Reward Expert for CZ/SK cluster based in Prague to join our regional team and support our business across multiple countries . This is an opportunity to shape regional compensation practices with direct impact on business performance, with:
✔️International exposure through cross-country projects.
✔️Visibility and interaction with senior leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- ▪Proven experience in Total reward area including reward strategy development and implementation, preferably in an international context.
- ▪Strong communication skills , capable of engaging with senior business leadership.
- ▪Ability to work independently and effectively in a multicultural environment and support cross-border initiatives.
- ▪Fluency in Czech and advanced level of English
- ▪Familiarity with Mercer/Hay Group/Korn Ferry methodology is an advantage.
- ▪Managing variable compensation programs will be additional asset.
- ▪Experience in an international context will be considered an additional asset.
Your future role
- ▪Conduct comprehensive market analysis to guide and implement effective compensation management tools.
- ▪Manage the compensation review process of compensation structures to ensure effectiveness, competitiveness, and alignment with market trends.
- ▪Design and implement harmonized compensation solutions that ensure consistency across multiple countries while addressing local market specificities.
- ▪Provide advice on reward strategies tailored to meet business objectives.
- ▪Collaborate with HRBP and senior business leadership to ensure alignment of compensation practices across region.
- ▪Support regional initiatives to drive consistency and excellence in total rewards practices.
