Key Responsibilities

• ▪Lead and coordinate QA teams across multiple squads
• ▪Monitor testing progress during sprints and report status and risks
• ▪Define and implement test strategy and improve QA processes
• ▪Support and expand test automation initiatives
• ▪Perform hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and defect analysis
• ▪Collaborate closely with developers on issue investigation and resolution
• ▪Mentor testers and stabilize distributed QA team operations
• ▪Prepare dashboards, reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• ▪Participate in code reviews and improve automation coverage
