Job Description

We are looking for a Test Lead to support a pharmaceutical project, ensuring high-quality delivery through structured functional testing, test coordination, and validation activities across systems and data layers.

Responsibilities

• ▪Lead and execute functional testing activities across project deliverables.
• ▪Define and manage test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.
• ▪Perform basic database validations and data comparisons (DB ↔ UI, DB ↔ DB).
• ▪Coordinate testing activities using structured test management processes.
• ▪Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• ▪Maintain test documentation and support reporting in Agile environments. Profile / Requirements :
• ▪Strong experience in functional software testing.
• ▪Experience in defining and owning test strategy and test approach.
• ▪Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or Xray.
• ▪Ability to perform basic SQL-based data validation and comparisons.
• ▪Experience working in structured testing processes (Agile or similar).
• ▪Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• ▪Fluent English skills.

Nice to Have

• ▪Experience in pharma or healthcare projects.
• ▪Familiarity with BDD frameworks.
• ▪Experience with test automation tools (Tosca, Robot Framework with Python).
• ▪Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot or generative AI tools) to support testing activities. About us :
