We are looking for PPIC Planner to join our team.

In the role of Material Planning Specialist, you will be a key link between production, suppliers, purchasing, and logistics. Your goal will be to ensure smooth production with an optimal inventory level – the right quantity, at the right time, and in the right place.

We´re looking for someone who will

• ▪Planning and managing material supply
• ▪Supplier management and process improvement
• ▪Handling claims
• ▪Inventory management

Specifically, you will be responsible for

• ▪Planning material purchases based on MRP for approximately 40 suppliers.
• ▪Creating and managing purchase orders, providing forecasts, and rescheduling according to current demand.
• ▪Monitoring on-time delivery performance, identifying risks, and resolving delayed or critical deliveries.
• ▪Cooperating with logistics to optimize transportation and costs.
• ▪Managing inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times.
• ▪Actively communicating with suppliers, resolving claims and quality issues.
• ▪Identifying opportunities for process improvements and inventory optimization.

What sets you apart

• ▪Approximately 2–3 years of experience in production planning, supply management, logistics, or a similar area.
• ▪Experience working with MRP/ERP systems, strong data skills, and the ability to analyze production needs.
• ▪Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• ▪Strong problem-solving abilities, independence, and resilience under pressure.
• ▪Czech and English at a good level for daily communication.
