Původní popisek. • Manage customer orders from creation to delivery, including order updates, pricing verification, and system entry
- ▪Analyze stock levels and sales data to recommend order quantities and ensure product availability in cooperation with planning teams
- ▪Monitor order execution and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- ▪Proactively communicate with customers regarding delays, shortages, or any order-related issues
- ▪Handle product returns by organizing pickups and resolving return-related matters
- ▪Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
