Původní popisek. EcoVadis is currently seeking an Engineering Leader to take ownership of a high-impact product domain. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to Product Leadership, co-owning the roadmap, delivery, and business success of the product.
You will lead a large, cross-functional team (approx. 20 diverse engineering talents), driving the engineering vision for a core customer experience. This position requires a leader who combines deep technical expertise in B2B SaaS with a strong product mindset.

- ▪Lead, mentor, and grow a large cross-functional team (approx. 20 engineers and specialists), fostering a culture of craftsmanship and ownership.
- ▪Manage operational excellence at scale, driving velocity and minimizing friction for complex, high-impact initiatives.
- ▪Provide deep technical direction and challenge architectural decisions to ensure the team builds scalable, maintainable B2B SaaS solutions rather than just maintaining existing stacks.
- ▪Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, product, and design teams to align on priorities and delivery.
- ▪Oversee the quality and performance of the product domain, managing technical debt strategically alongside new feature development.
