We are looking for a curious and analytical mind to join our Customer Success & Support Team. As a Solution Engineer at Fieldcode, you will be in direct contact with our customers to translate their field service management processes into a solution in Fieldcode: from discovery and scoping of the requirements to the configuration and support of the solution with the support of the Customer Success & Support Teams, Project Management, Technical Support, and Training.

Původní popisek. • Ensure that customer expectations are fully understood, and the expected value is delivered through our technical solution.
- ▪Be responsible for end-to-end project implementation in cooperation with the Project Manager.
- ▪Provide required technical support directly to the customers during the whole project life cycle.
- ▪Prioritize multiple enhancements, projects, and initiatives simultaneously.
- ▪Collaborate closely with the Product Department and Developer teams on bug fixes and new features.
- ▪Maintain project and process documentation.
