As a Solution Designer at Element Logic, you turn customer needs into smart, high-performing intralogistics solutions. Positioned at the heart of the Sales team, you shape innovative concepts across our technology portfolio—including AutoStore, conveyors, AMRs, and more—transforming complex challenges into scalable, real-world solutions.
You own the technical journey from early concept through detailed design and go-live, ensuring solutions are validated, efficient, and aligned with both customer operations and Element Logic standards. From creating system layouts and 3D designs to coordinating suppliers and collaborating closely with Sales, Application Consultants, and project teams, you play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions.
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the intralogistics industry, combined with a solid software and process-oriented mindset. You bring a structured and commercial approach to your work, thrive in a matrix organization, and enjoy working across teams. Curious by nature, you’re motivated by continuous learning and staying up to date with new technologies and ways of working. As a team player, you actively contribute to building a strong, cross-functional and self-organized team. You make decisions based on data and facts, and approach challenges with a rational, solution-oriented mindset.
