The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Solution Consultant – Copilot (PreSales)!

Key Responsibilities

• ▪Engage with customers to understand business challenges and identify relevant Copilot / AI use cases
• ▪Lead discussions, workshops, and presentations to shape solution direction
• ▪Translate business needs into structured, feasible solution approaches
• ▪Build clear value propositions focused on productivity and business outcomes
• ▪Support proposals and commercial discussions (scope, assumptions, risks)
• ▪Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft teams to ensure alignment
• ▪Act as a trusted advisor and challenge ideas constructively when needed
• ▪Stay up to date with Microsoft Copilot and AI developments

Our Requirements

• ▪Experience in PreSales, Solution Consulting, or IT/Business Consulting
• ▪Strong communication and presentation skills (senior client-facing presence)
• ▪Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• ▪Experience working with customers (discovery, workshops, discussions)
• ▪Understanding of Microsoft 365 / Copilot / AI concepts (high-level is enough)
• ▪Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• ▪Ability to work in a team and handle conflicting viewpoints constructively
• ▪Fluent English and Czech (mandatory)
