JOB DESCRIPTION
- ▪End‑to‑end implementation, maintenance and support of software solutions in an agile environment
- ▪Translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- ▪Development, configuration, testing, deployment and application integration
- ▪Operating and maintaining systems with a strong focus on performance, quality and security
- ▪Gradually taking ownership of a banking system and responsibility for its reliability
- ▪Working with cloud‑native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes)
- ▪Actively contributing to knowledge sharing, mentoring and communities of practice
- ▪Continuously learning and keeping up with market and technology trends
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- ▪Intermediate experience with Python and/or Java (knowledge of Spring is a strong advantage)
- ▪Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- ▪Experience with software quality assurance and testing
- ▪Hands‑on knowledge of Agile methodologies
- ▪Awareness of application security principles
- ▪Understanding of systems, infrastructure and application architecture
- ▪Willingness to combine development with run & support responsibilities
- ▪Senior mindset: ownership, responsibility, reliability
