Mercier Consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for a Slovak Customer Agent Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation! This role is perfect for a motivated individual fluent in Slovak who is eager to provide excellent customer support while experiencing life in a vibrant new city.

As a Customer Agent Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, support needs, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Responsibilities

• ▪Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• ▪Handle inquiries related to products and services efficiently and professionally
• ▪Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system
• ▪Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
• ▪Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality
• ▪Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and procedures

Requirements

• ▪Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
• ▪Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ▪Customer service or support experience is preferred
• ▪Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• ▪Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ▪Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• ▪Positive attitude and willingness to learn
