The Role

The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with local regulations. The HR Manager will foster a positive work environment and promote corporate values, manage cooperation with Trade Union, HR tools/systems and services providers, and universities.

The Requirements

• ▪Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
• ▪Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive within production environment with exposure to cooperation with Trade Union,
• ▪Experience in a multinational company is preferred,
• ▪In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices,
• ▪Knowledge of HR systems and databases,
• ▪Good command of English, any other language will be an asset,
• ▪Strong leadership and good communication skills,
• ▪People-oriented and results-driven. High sense of ethics,
• ▪Coaching / mentoring / mediating skills,
• ▪MBA will be a strong asset.
