We are looking for a new colleague to join our authorized SCANIA service center in Brno, who will serve as a key link between customers and the workshop.

You don’t necessarily need years of experience in auto repair—what matters to us is that you have an interest in technology, a desire to learn new things, and the ability to see tasks through to completion. We’ll be happy to teach you everything else.

What will your job duties be

You will be responsible for the entire service order process—from receiving the vehicle to returning it to the customer.

Specifically, you will

• ▪receive vehicles at the service center and address customer requests
• ▪plan and organize service work in the workshop
• ▪communicate with mechanics, warehouse staff, and customers
• ▪monitor the progress of repairs and the quality of the work performed
• ▪handle related administrative tasks and invoicing
• ▪maintain good relationships with customers even after the repair is completed

What kind of experience will be useful to you

• ▪High school diploma (ideally in a technical or automotive field)
• ▪At least 3 years of experience in auto repair is a plus
• ▪Good communication and organizational skills
• ▪Customer-oriented approach
• ▪Basic proficiency with MS Office
• ▪Class B driver’s license (Class C is a plus)
• ▪Knowledge of trucks or trailer technology is a plus
• ▪Experience leading a small team is a plus
• ▪Knowledge of English is a plus, knowledge of Czech or Slovak language is a must
