For our Traction Power System site in Prague, we are looking for Service Administrator.

In this role you will perform the following tasks

• ▪Preparation of commercial spare-part offers
• ▪Identification of spare parts (engineering and electrotechnical components, etc.)
• ▪Research of items/material in ERP data base
• ▪Communication with customers worldwide
• ▪Update of opportunities in CRM
• ▪Collaboration with Sales Managers, Logistics and Sales Assistants

Requirements

• ▪High school or university education preferably in technical field
• ▪Active knowledge of English (mandatory)
• ▪Knowledge of some ERP system
• ▪Reliability, precision, flexibility, independence
• ▪Strong communication skills, a proactive personality, initiative, and self-reliance
• ▪Proficiency in MS Office
• ▪Excellent analytical skills
