Severex is a product company developing mobile games and apps used by millions of users worldwide.
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale our incentivized traffic channel across offerwalls and rewarded networks .
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a senior-level specialist who can take full ownership of the direction: from sourcing new partners and launching campaigns to traffic quality control, analytics, and scaling.
Our products are built around IAA / hybrid monetization , and your main goal will be to drive profitable growth with predictable ROI .
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- ▪Own strategy and execution across offerwalls, rewarded networks, and incentivized traffic sources such as Mistplay, Adjoe, Exmox , and similar platforms
- ▪Build, launch, and scale CPI / CPA / CPE / hybrid acquisition funnels
- ▪Manage the full partner lifecycle: testing → validation → scaling → optimization
- ▪Define and optimize payout models, partner terms, and commercial setups
- ▪Control pacing, caps, GEO expansion, and budget allocation
Performance & Analytics
- ▪Own full-funnel analytics: install → milestone completion → retention → revenue
- ▪Build decision-making frameworks based on ROI, payback, and LTV
- ▪Evaluate traffic quality, including:
- ▪completion speed anomalies
- ▪post-install behavior
- ▪retention patterns
- ▪Run structured A/B tests across offers, payouts, funnels, and partner mix
Partner Management & Growth
- ▪Source and onboard new offerwall / rewarded partners
- ▪Build and maintain strong long-term partner relationships
- ▪Identify new growth opportunities and scaling potential across the channel
Product Feedback Loop
- ▪Work closely with the product team to improve monetization from incentivized traffic
- ▪Contribute to:
- ▪milestone structure
- ▪reward pacing
- ▪early user progression
- ▪custom user flows that improve conversion and retention
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- ▪2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition with hands-on experience in incentivized / offerwall traffic
- ▪Proven track record of scaling campaigns with $100k+ monthly budgets
- ▪Strong understanding of:
- ▪rewarded ecosystems
- ▪offerwalls / incentivized traffic mechanics
- ▪IAA / hybrid monetization
- ▪Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
- ▪High ownership and ability to operate independently
- ▪Ability to take full responsibility for a channel and build the way of working around it
Nice to have
- ▪Experience in fraud detection and traffic quality control
- ▪Experience designing or improving progression systems for incentivized traffic
