Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer / AI Generalist to join this growing engineering team. You’ll work directly with the Head of AI & Technology, developing internal AI tools and contributing to projects across our portfolio — from automated QA frameworks to AI-assisted product features.

This is a hands-on role suited to a technically strong, adaptable engineer who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across stacks and products.

We’re tech-agnostic — we choose tools based on business value, not ideology.

• ▪Leading or supporting AI-first initiatives (LLM workflows, automation, intelligent data integration).
• ▪Working with portfolio companies on short, high-impact projects — e.g., testing frameworks, AI integrations, or modernization efforts.
• ▪Evaluating and integrating new technologies pragmatically, based on business need.
• ▪Operating across varied stacks (Python, .NET, TypeScript, etc.) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
