Senior ServiceNow Developer

Odpovědnosti

Původní popisek. • Configuration, remediation and development of ServiceNow solutions with primary focus on CMDB, HAM and Discovery

Identification and remediation of Discovery errors and related data quality issues
Advanced troubleshooting within ServiceNow, especially in CMDB / HAM / Discovery
Development and optimisation of scripts supporting CMDB, HAM and Discovery areas
Independent delivery of technical tasks in line with ServiceNow best practices
Close cooperation with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
