Původní popisek. • Own Welltech's global IP portfolio—trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, and patents—including registration, maintenance, and enforcement strategy across key markets (US, EU, UK).

• ▪Serve as first responder on IP disputes and infringement matters: assess cease-and-desist letters, coordinate with external IP counsel, and develop substantive response strategy.
• ▪Conduct IP clearance reviews for new product features, creative assets, app store submissions, and marketing campaigns.
• ▪Advise on copyright protection for proprietary content (exercise programmes, wellness content, onboarding flows) and assess compilation copyright and originality thresholds.
• ▪Build and maintain internal IP playbooks, training materials, and triage frameworks to enable the broader team to identify and escalate IP risk early.
• ▪Manage outside IP counsel relationships and spend efficiently, with a preference for internalising where possible.
