We are seeking a Senior Engagement Specialist/Growth Hacker in AI to join our business development team and drive customer acquisition and expansion within the AI & Data services vertical. In this role, you will identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across multiple channels, working closely with prospective customers who are looking to innovate and transform their technology businesses through AI-driven solutions.

You will collaborate with AltexSoft’s Centers of Excellence to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into compelling value propositions, build scalable customer acquisition strategies, and manage customer relationships from initial engagement through growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven, experimental business developer with marketing acumen who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited to shape how AI solutions reach the market.
