We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who transforms data into growth opportunities and drives high-impact business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- ▪Build and optimize full user funnels: landing pages, onboarding, activation flows, paywalls, CRM, and retention loops
- ▪Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- ▪Develop positioning and benefit-driven messaging for new features and updates
- ▪Ensure messaging consistency across ads, landing pages, product screens, and CRM
- ▪Lead GTM strategies for feature releases and product rollouts
- ▪Prepare detailed briefs and collaborate closely with product, marketing, design, analytics, and creative teams
- ▪Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and JTBD analysis
- ▪Track market and competitor trends in web & mobile apps, AI, and EdTech
- ▪Own lifecycle flows: onboarding, activation, reactivation, upsell, churn reduction
- ▪Monitor key funnel metrics and prepare performance reports
- ▪Produce briefs for creative assets: landing pages, paywalls, product videos, ad creatives
- ▪Translate complex product features into simple, compelling visuals and copy
Requirements
- ▪2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a similar role in web marketing or product analytics;
- ▪Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets;
- ▪A deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period);
- ▪Experience with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and revenue forecasting;
- ▪Experience using Tableau/PowerBI/Metabase/etc. to create dashboards and visualize data;
Nice to have
- ▪Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution
- ▪Experience with subscription-based business models
- ▪Development of predictive models for evaluating marketing investments
- ▪Ability to take ownership and deliver end-to-end solutions
