We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within pharma-focused digital products. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-driven solutions aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. The role requires experience in business process modeling, data analysis, API-driven systems, and Agile software delivery within modern cloud-based environments leveraging FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Docker, EKS, and GitLab, combined with solid experience working in the pharmaceutical domain. Původní popisek. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

• ▪Develop BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML diagrams to visualize workflows, processes, system interactions, and integration flows
• ▪Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to validate user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
• ▪Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture requirements, identify pain points, and improve usability
• ▪Work with SQL to query databases, validate data consistency, and support reporting and analytical needs
• ▪Translate business and UX requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams working with FastAPI-based microservices architecture
