Původní popisek. • Set up and look after internal AI tools and platforms (e.g. ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor and others as they come).

• ▪Run gradual rollouts and pilots of AI tools for both technical and non-technical teams.
• ▪Be the first point of contact for anyone who needs help using AI tools the right way.
• ▪Create and run telemetry to understand how AI is being used and what difference it makes.
• ▪Build dashboards that show adoption trends, productivity changes and team-level comparisons over time.
• ▪Provide data and insights for monthly AI impact reports.
