For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• ▪Visual development + concepts
• ▪Pitches and moodboards
• ▪Briefs and technical tasks for the team: AI, motion, design, 3D, animation, sound, editing, color, etc.
• ▪Reviews at every stage of production
• ▪Final check before client delivery
• ▪Case study preparation

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• ▪Experience as an Art Director in advertising production
• ▪A portfolio with commercial / advertising videos
• ▪5–10 completed AI projects where AI is the core production tool, not just an additional helper
• ▪You understand AI from the inside: what models exist, how they work, why they break, and how to find a solution when the deadline is tomorrow and Seedance is down
