Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• ▪Responsible for the technical and procedural implementation of requirements in the SAP FI/CO environment – from analysis to implementation to quality assurance
• ▪Management and co-design of international rollouts, process harmonizations and IT projects in the areas of Finance & Controlling
• ▪Evaluation and conception of change requests regarding feasibility, system impact and business value
• ▪Implementation of system adaptations including customizing, test conception and implementation together with the specialist departments
• ▪Support of complex interfaces and overarching processes in the SAP environment as well as continuous system optimization
• ▪Key user coaching, support in international know-how development and rollout management for our worldwide locations
• ▪Work closely with other departments and international subsidiaries and contribute your SAP expertise.

Qualification Requirements

Education

• ▪A degree in business administration, business informatics or years of relevant practice in finance with a strong SAP focus

Experience

• ▪Several years of in-depth experience in SAP FI/CO, ideally with in-depth knowledge in related modules (e.g. SD, MM, Treasury, Group Reporting)
• ▪Experience in project management or as a sub-project manager in international ERP/SAP projects

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ▪Deep understanding of financial processes and their technical implementation in SAP
• ▪Ability to work independently
• ▪High level of quality awareness
• ▪Strong communication skills in English (German appreciated) for effective collaboration with international stakeholders
