Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support an ongoing AMS engagement and system readiness activities for an upcoming S/4HANA migration program . The role will focus on production support, enhancements, service requests, and change management activities within the SAP HCM Payroll landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• ▪Provide AMS support for SAP HCM Payroll
• ▪Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and ticket resolution
• ▪Support payroll enhancements and system improvements
• ▪Ensure system readiness for S/4HANA migration activities
• ▪Work closely with business users and technical teams on issue resolution
• ▪Support testing, deployment, and release activities
• ▪Maintain payroll compliance and localisation requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• ▪Strong SAP HCM Payroll experience in AMS/support environments
• ▪Hands-on experience with:
• ▪Payroll Support
• ▪Enhancements
• ▪Change Requests
• ▪Service Request & Ticket Management
• ▪Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll processes and configurations
• ▪Experience supporting S/4HANA migration readiness activities
• ▪Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
• ▪Experience with SAP ticketing/support tools

Mandatory Requirements

• ▪Czech-speaking capability is essential
• ▪Strong experience with Czech Payroll Localisation is required

Nice to Have

• ▪Experience in global AMS support models
• ▪Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations
• ▪Knowledge of ITIL/service management processes
