We are looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager who will lead the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives from planning through deployment. This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects, teams, and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high quality and on-schedule implementation Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and clear, consistent communication Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with delivery goals Facilitate team and client meetings to gather requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions Identify and manage project risks and issues, coordinating with teams to resolve escalations and maintain project stability Apply Salesforce best practices and project management methodologies across all client engagements Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure solution integrity Understand and guide architectural decisions across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Establish and manage CI/CD processes within the Salesforce environment, with awareness of different strategies and their trade-offs Support the full lifecycle from pre-sales to post-go-live, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer needs and expectations Apply margin calculation and forecasting practices to support budget planning and resource management Ensure teams follow coding standards, naming conventions, and best-practice development guidelines At least 8 years of IT experience, including 3+ years of proven experience in a Delivery Manager role with strong Salesforce domain knowledge Strong project management skills, preferably with Agile methodology experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Proficiency with project management tools Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and overall Salesforce ecosystem practices Knowledge of margin calculation, budgeting, and team staffing principles Basic understanding of coding standards and development best practices Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent customer relationship and communication skills in English (both verbal and written, B2+ level) Salesforce certifications
