Position: Independent Sales Agent – OCM & Predictive Maintenance Solutions

Your Mission

• ▪Market Development: Identify, target, and develop opportunities in industry, maintenance, and OEM environments.
• ▪Sales Activities: Promote SGS’s predictive oil analysis services and drive commercial discussions.
• ▪Market Analysis & Strategy Building: Conduct an initial market study, define key segments, assess competition, and contribute to the go‑to‑market strategy and commercial action plan.
• ▪Customer Support: Guide prospects in understanding the value of predictive maintenance.
• ▪Optional: Provide a local logistics platform for customers requiring local anchoring.

Required Profile

• ▪Proven experience as an independent sales agent in industrial B2B markets.
• ▪Strong network in industry, maintenance, compressors, rotating equipment, or related markets.
• ▪Ability to understand and sell technical solutions.
• ▪Strong analytical mindset for initial market assessment.
• ▪Based in or able to cover Romania, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
