Sivit Srl, a leading Italian company specializing in high-quality industrial flooring solutions (resin-based coatings for industrial, commercial, Residential and logistics applications), is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Agent (B2B) for the Local (see list) market.

Responsibilities

• ▪Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the industrial and commercial flooring sector.
• ▪Promote Sivit’s range of high-performance resin coatings to construction companies, architects, and industrial clients.
• ▪Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and distributors.
• ▪Provide technical support and product recommendations based on client needs.
• ▪Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company sales strategies.
• ▪Report regularly on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Requirements

• ▪Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial, construction, or flooring sector.
• ▪Strong network of contacts in the local market.
• ▪Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• ▪Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• ▪Fluency in the local language and English (Italian is a plus).
• ▪Availability to travel within the country for client meetings.
