Our services are trusted by agricultural businesses across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — and we are now expanding to Eastern Europe.

The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated Country Sales Representatives in Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia,Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain and Romania to support our seasonal campaign (May–August) .

Your focus will be on building relationships with agricultural distributors and large-scale farms to promote our resistance testing kits — with the aim to generate bulk orders .

Your Role

• ▪Identify and contact relevant distributors, cooperatives, and larger farms.
• ▪Acquire customer orders independently and on a commission basis.
• ▪Develop and manage your own local sales network.
• ▪Coordinate with the Agris42 team to adapt promotional materials (flyers, presentations) into your local language.
• ▪Customize offers based on country requirenments
• ▪Participate in regular technical briefings (remotely, by arrangement).
• ▪Share selected customer feedback for internal evaluation.

Who You Are

• ▪Background in agriculture, agri-sales, or crop protection is a plus.
• ▪You already have existing contacts in the local agri-sector (distributors, farms).
• ▪You are proactive, self-organized , and comfortable working independently.
• ▪You speak the local language fluently; working-level English is needed for communication.
