In today’s world, security is not just an IT problem – it can make or break a business. That’s why we have a whole cluster dedicated to it. The mission of the Corporate Platform (COPS) is to protect the values of the bank against internal and external threats, promote the regulatory compliance of products and processes. We are seeking an independent and proactive Python Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in developing AI agents, thereby protecting the bank’s integrity and ensuring regulatory adherence, plus adding more efficiency on the communication and issue fixing targets.

Your tasks

Key Duties

• ▪Translate validated AI prompts and business requirements into Python application code and APIs.
• ▪Developing, testing, and maintenance of Python application ideally in Microsoft Azure;
• ▪Working with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to satisfy project needs;
• ▪Troubleshooting and code debugging;
• ▪Developing and maintaining code and application documentation;
• ▪Participating in code reviews and contributing to best practices for the team;
• ▪Sharing learnings with immediate colleagues.
• ▪Supporting the team in achieving its goals.

Your profile

Required Skills

• ▪Good Python programming skills;
• ▪Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, bitbucket, git;
• ▪basic understanding of UNIX fundamentals, standard command knowledge and programming languages. Familiarity with basic system administration tools and processes required;
• ▪Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker or serverless cloud native deployments like Azure functions;
• ▪Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• ▪Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies;
• ▪Basic knowledge in using unit testing and automated testing tools with some prior experience;
• ▪Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• ▪Good knowledge of LangChain (or similar Agent Framework, Lang Graph …)
• ▪Previous experience with RAG & Vector Databases.
• ▪Experience with API Integration and Agentic AI Workflows.
