The role of Project Management Office Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business group in Novy Jicin, Czech Republic .
Responsibilities
- ▪Monitor adherence to internal project management standards and KPIs across regions, programs, and projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- ▪Coordinate and perform assessments of operational compliance to identify best practices and improvement opportunities
- ▪Maintain and improve internal project management processes, methodologies, and training materials
- ▪Support development and updates of project execution and reporting tools in cooperation with IT teams
- ▪Administer project-related information systems (master data, access rights, configuration management)
- ▪Ensure consistent deployment of project management methodologies across the Business Group
- ▪Provide training to development teams and project/program teams on internal processes and project management methodology
- ▪Support project teams during internal and external audits related to quality and process compliance
- ▪Contribute to yearly budgeting and strategic planning exercises by consolidating project data and ensuring alignment across systems
- ▪Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Program Management, IT) to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
- ▪University degree in Engineering or Business
- ▪Strong analytical skills and ability to work with information systems
- ▪Previous experience in project management, continuous improvement, or process governance is an advantage (not mandatory)
- ▪Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and engage diverse teams
- ▪Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ▪Structured, rigorous, and detail-oriented working style
- ▪Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- ▪Willingness to learn internal processes, project management methodologies, and digital tools
- ▪Comfortable delivering training and supporting colleagues across regions
- ▪English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage
