About the role The Adecco Group ITD manages a portfolio of IT programs aimed at enabling the business strategy of Global Functions, Global Business Units, and markets through technology.
The PMO, Reporting & Analysis plays a critical role in delivering trusted, insightful, and action-oriented reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the ITD portfolio. This role combines strong data literacy, leadership, and strategic thinking to enable transparency, performance tracking, and value realization through fit-for-purpose reporting solutions.
The role will focus on evolving portfolio reporting capabilities and KPIs, supporting the Head of Governance and Reporting in creating a data-driven culture and enabling continuous improvement through reporting excellence.
What you’ll be doing • Establish and maintain robust reporting standards, performance metrics, and KPIs in line with the overarching ITD Governance and Reporting framework.
About you • 6+ years of Global PMO experience and/or IT Project Portfolio experience, ideally in a large multi-national company.
