What you can expect

• ▪Rate: 25–35 USD/hour (B2B/Freelance), depending on experience
• ▪Remote: Work from wherever suits you; no office, no commute
• ▪Flexible hours: Manage your own schedule, with team overlap around 10:00–16:00 CET
• ▪Varied work: Projects across publishing, manufacturing, startups, and more; partners from the US, UK, and Australia
• ▪Real ownership: You'll contribute from strategy through to execution, not just execute on a brief

Původní popisek. • Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects from discovery through delivery

• ▪Join client meetings, run or support discovery sessions, and represent your design decisions confidently
• ▪Create prototypes to validate and communicate ideas quickly
• ▪Collaborate with engineers and strategists to make sure the design translates well into the build
• ▪Take ownership of your work; move it forward without waiting to be directed
