Your responsibilities
Product & Design
- ▪Design products and collections across selected categories
- ▪Define materials, colors, finishes, and product details
- ▪Ensure consistency and coherence across collections
- ▪Translate trends and inspiration into clear product direction
Development & Collaboration
- ▪Prepare clear briefs for suppliers and product developers
- ▪Work closely with Product Developer to ensure designs are feasible and scalable
- ▪Review samples and iterate based on quality, cost, and production constraints
- ▪Balance aesthetics with practical requirements (cost, materials, manufacturing)
Cross-functional Collaboration
- ▪Collaborate with Category Management and Marketing to align product direction with customer demand
- ▪Ensure products fit the overall assortment and commercial goals

- ▪Products are visually strong, consistent, and aligned with the brand direction.
- ▪Collections make sense as a whole, not just as individual SKUs.
- ▪Designs are feasible to produce and do not create unnecessary complexity.
- ▪Products perform commercially and resonate with customers.
- ▪Collaboration with Product Developer and Head of Private Label is smooth and effective.
You are perfect for this role if you
- ▪Have experience in product design within home & living, furniture, or accessories.
- ▪Understand how to design products that are both visually appealing and commercially viable.
- ▪Have a strong sense of materials, colors, and product details.
- ▪Can translate trends into clear and structured product concepts.
- ▪Are able to work within constraints (cost, production, timelines).
- ▪Are comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- ▪Have strong communication skills in English.
This role may not be a good fit if
- ▪You are focused purely on creative expression without considering commercial reality.
- ▪You are not comfortable adapting designs based on production or cost constraints.
- ▪You prefer working independently without cross-functional collaboration.
