Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Care Representatives to join the Technical Department of a leading company in Greece. This role offers the opportunity to live and work in Greece while providing expert support to Polish-speaking customers. If you have a knack for understanding and resolving technical issues, combined with friendly, patient and clear communication, this is the perfect position for you!

Key Responsibilities

• ▪Provide high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers.
• ▪Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to products or services.
• ▪Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.
• ▪Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within the CRM system.
• ▪Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• ▪An exceptional fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) and a minimum B2 proficiency in English is required.
• ▪Technical knowledge or experience in a related technical customer service role is preferred.
• ▪Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• ▪Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• ▪Proficient with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting tools.
• ▪Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ▪Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
