Customer Support Specialist with German

We are looking for a Live Operations Customer Service Advisor to join the Live Operations team, supporting couriers in real time. You will help couriers handle unexpected situations and ensure orders are picked up and delivered as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You will communicate closely with couriers, track deliveries, and make quick, effective decisions to keep operations running and customers satisfied.

Your Responsibilities

• ▪Support couriers via chat and phone in real-time operational situations
• ▪Track deliveries and schedules to help optimise delivery times
• ▪Follow the automated order distribution system
• ▪Communicate with customers in exceptional cases
• ▪Work closely with the team, sharing ideas and best practices
• ▪Take ownership of issues and resolve them with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
