• ▪Documentation & Mapping: Gather requirements (BRD, FRD, NFR) and create current/future state network diagrams (High & Low Level).
• ▪Deployment Support: Partner with the Project Manager, SOC, and IT/OT teams to drive global rollout and adoption.
• ▪Bridge the Gap: Translate complex, technical network concepts into clear business requirements.
