Our Client is a successfull family-owned european manufacturer of electrical / electronical solutions for demanding applications. The company develops and produces the majority of its products individually, tailored to specific customer requirements for wide range of industries like engineering, automotive, medical technology, and industrial electronics.

We are searching for an experienced OPERATIONS / PLANT MANAGER for their plant in the North of Hradec Králové region. This role will have full responsibility for the operational, technical and commercial management of the site as well as its futher expansion of the plant. The position includes overall leadership of the local management team, responsibility for day-to-day operations, and accountability for performance, quality, cost efficiency, and further development of the site.

Our client is seeking a candidate (f/m/d) who is already working successfully as Plant or Operations Manager preferably within the electronics or automation industry. The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing a production site and in establishing efficient and sustainable processes. The position will be also responsible for the expansion and modernization of the location. The successful candidate will report to the management board in Germany, with whom he/she communicate on a regular basis.

Other main tasks are

• ▪Full responsibility for site management including production, logistics, engineering, quality, and production planning
• ▪Technical and disciplinary leadership of the local management team
• ▪Ensuring high standards of quality, delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• ▪Continuous improvement of processes, standards, and cross-site communication with headquarters
• ▪Responsibility for investment planning, budgeting, and workforce planning
• ▪Supporting product shifts into the plant
• ▪Development and empowerment of employees and leadership teams; fostering a strong performance and team culture
• ▪Planning and execution of site expansion and investment projects for the future
