We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Services and Sales as a Operations Support intern onside in Prague office for 1 year. This entry-level position is ideal for a student who’s eager to start their career in the software industry and gain experience in Operations, Resource Management and Project Management topics.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Support Services and Sales team by managing different tasks.

What you will bring

Required

• ▪Student specializing in economics, business school or similar
• ▪Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
• ▪Comfort working with structured processes and multiple systems simultaneously.
• ▪Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems.
• ▪Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• ▪Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred

• ▪Internship or coursework experience in a business operations, data, or administrative support role.
• ▪Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or SAP.
• ▪Interest in sales operations or customer lifecycle management in the software industry.
