About the role

As a Night In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless and personalized late-night dining experience for our guests. You will coordinate and deliver in-room dining services, manage guest orders, and maintain the highest service standards while working independently during overnight shifts.

What You will do

• ▪Take and coordinate in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• ▪Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and beverages, offering recommendations to guests.
• ▪Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• ▪Accurately process orders and payments using Micros system.
• ▪Deliver food and amenities to guest rooms while ensuring presentation and service standards.
• ▪Maintain cleanliness of service areas and support minibar refresh and amenity delivery.

What You Bring

• ▪Experience in Room Service or a similar luxury hospitality role.
• ▪Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• ▪Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Applicants must have current work authorization in the Czech Republic or hold an EU passport . This position is offered for an undefined period, with a 3-month trial period.
